Inc. (CEI) was founded in 2002 by Henry Coaxum as the management arm for his three McDonald’s franchises.  CEI has grown in both scope and depth. With seven McDonald’s restaurant locations throughout the city of New Orleans, it has developed and expanded its meeting and training capabilities. 

In 2009, CEI opened its new state-of-the-art office and resource center on Harbor Circle Court in Eastern New Orleans. This 7,000-square-foot facility consolidates the personnel and management functions of its growing franchise operations under one roof.  Coaxum's passion for education, training and technology inspired the design of the new facility.  Equipped with the latest in audio-visual training technology, conference rooms and computer lab, the facility provides an invaluable meeting and training resource for the New Orleans community.
